sorry its confusing, in the thread subject you mention "pips counter", inside the posting you write about bars counting, but counting bars is quite easy, a day has 24 hours (H1) and so on, to count the history you need the whole history for all tf's which is impossible with mt, so you need an external datafeed or you log daily from now on and you will collect the history day by day.
